I feel so lucky and blessed to have Lily as a teacher – she is an amazing being! I have been with her for just over a year and have learned so much during that time. She looks after her meditation group so well- she is always so patient and kind and is always ready to answer questions and to explain things( even when they are sometimes unexplainable!),and makes sure that no one is left behind or can’t cope,- she is great fun as well! She has taken me on the most amazing journey this year., definitely life changing.
